Port Dinorwic based "MORGAN JAMES" is a modern, purpose built 30' Cygnus Cyclone angling vessel, fitted out with the latest state of the art safety and navigational aids. With a top speed of 26 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots, you will be sure to reach the reefs & wrecks fast.

Owner/Skipper Andrew Owen, has 20+ years local fishing knowledge and is highly regarded both as an angler and a skipper. Fully licensed to carry up to 10 anglers and fishing the highly productive grounds of Caernarfon Bay, Menai Straits and St. George's Channel. You can expect to catch Bass, Bream, Bullhuss, Ling, Conger, Pollack, Cod, Gurnard, Dogfish, Rays, Plaice, Coalfish and many, many more species.

Several Welsh records are held in this area with many more there for the taking!

Free hot drinks with rod hire & fresh / frozen bait available on request. There is always a hot cup of tea or coffee on the go - so make a date with one of the most respected skippers in the area and have yourselves a day to remember.

A wide range of options are catered for from individual day trips (see our availability) to full boat charter for clubs, parties or corporate entertaining. If you have never fished before or fish on a regular basis, then this is the charter boat for you. Andrew is always on hand to lend advice and to supply you with pleasant company.
